...come to mama!
What do you do when it's raining outside?! Make cupcakes, of course!
These babies are the easiest cupcakes you'll ever make... mainly cause they're from a box.
Box cake tastes just as good....
I used Betty Crocker's Red Velvet mix.... Made it according to the cupcake instructions...
Then... the best part...
Scoop out the center of the cupcakes (just at the top), add a scoop of Smucker's Strawberry Preserves, and top with a dollop of Betty Crocker's Rich & Creamy Pink Vanilla icing.
They. are. yummy.
I'm not gonna lie, y'all... they're rich, but, they're yummy!
You can thank me later... ;)

I just signed up for the Mad Tea Party at A Fanciful Twist and am looking for ideas for sweets. Your red cupcakes would look so pretty on one of my dessert stands.
ReplyDeleteOh! They are perfect for a tea party... :)
DeleteSuperduper! Oops I almost said 'supercalifragilisticexpealidocious'
ReplyDeleteThey were so easy! && yummy, too! The hubby and little one had two. ((That may explain why it was so difficult getting her to sleep last night..)). LOL!
DeleteThese cupcakes look delicious. I love that they are semi-homemade. These I could handle. And, your pictures are beautiful. They look as if they came out of a magazine.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I got a new camera recently, and I've had so much fun learning to use it..... the cupcakes are a definite win for a busy mama... I am all about easy! :)
